Important notes:
headliner2

  • For the use of HWS-mobil, a waterproof and shear-resistant surface is required. Above that, the following must be checked on site: It must be ensured that the surfaces are resistant to the water pressure before the ground shells are set in concrete. The walls on which the wall profiles are mounted also have to withstand the anticipated loads.
  • Hazards to buildings due to hydrostatic pressure have to be eliminated.

HWS-mobil consists of permanently installed parts and of temporary components that are mounted in the event of a flood.

Permanent components

The ground shells have to be set in concrete so that the support modules can be inserted. Please note that the foundation needs approx. 28 days for final curing. The wall profile for the wall connections is also installed permanently.

HWS-mobil can be disassembled almost completely. The permanently installed components are not visually distracting and do not affect the usability of the properties.

The wall, support, slide-in modules and baffle plates are mounted directly before the flood event. The detailed installation instruction makes the assembly simple and easy.

The support modules are mounted to the ground shell using the 3p-Technology within just a few minutes. The mounting of the wall module is also very smooth.

The edges of the baffle plates are inserted into the slots of the wall or support modules. Eventually, the slide-in modules with their integral vertical seals are inserted from above. After bolting the slide-in modules, the system is ready for use.

The optional support protection module is recommended for flood heights ranging from 0.7 meters. The installation of this module only takes about 2 minutes.
